14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase if DuckDuckVoice does not work for your setup or simply is not useful to you.

Email support@duckduckvoice.com from the address used at checkout and include “Refund” in the subject.

What we may need

We may ask for the Stripe receipt or purchase email so we can find the payment. You do not need to provide audio, conversation content, or a detailed justification.

Timing

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or wallet provider controls how long the credit takes to appear.

Your legal rights

This voluntary refund promise is in addition to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
